Sub-Processors and Data Protection Advisory

1. Thorough Due Diligence and Security

As an enterprise artificial intelligence platform, ArchetypeID conducts a meticulous assessment of the security, privacy, and confidentiality practices of all potential sub-processors. Every sub-processor who requires access to customer content is bound by rigorous, enterprise-grade Data Protection Agreements and confidentiality obligations that are at least as restrictive as our own.

2. Data Protection Agreement (DPA)

This advisory provides transparency and an accurate inventory of the third-party sub-processors currently utilized by ArchetypeID. If you are an ArchetypeID customer, our comprehensive Data Protection Agreement is automatically incorporated by reference into your Master Services Agreement or Order Form. 3. Current Sub-Processor Inventory

To ensure continuous transparency, ArchetypeID maintains the following up-to-date roster of approved sub-processors used to deliver our core platform infrastructure, computational engines, and AI models. ArchetypeID utilizes strict enterprise-tier agreements with our AI sub-processors (Anthropic, Google Vertex, Balon) which legally prohibit them from retaining or utilizing Customer Data to train, fine-tune, or improve their foundational models.

4. Updates to This List

ArchetypeID will provide notice of any new sub-processors added to this list. Customers may subscribe to receive notifications of sub-processor changes by emailing legal@archetypeid.ai with the subject line “Sub-Processor Update Subscription.”
