Google API Disclosure

1. Data Utilization and Scope

ArchetypeID only requests access to specific Google API scopes necessary to provide core platform functionalities such as ingesting files for analysis within Synthetic Focus Groups. Data is collected and used strictly to deliver user-facing features explicitly requested.

2. Limited Use Obligations

ArchetypeID strictly observes Google’s Limited Use requirements. Data from Google APIs is used solely for specified application functionality. ArchetypeID does not use or transfer Google API data for serving advertisements, including retargeting, personalized, or interest-based advertising.

3. Artificial Intelligence and Model Training

ArchetypeID does not use any user data obtained via Google APIs to develop, improve, train, or fine-tune generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models, nor do our third-party sub-processors.

4. Information Transfer to Third Parties

ArchetypeID does not sell Google API data to third parties. When Google API data must be shared with third-party service providers for operational demands, transfers are strictly limited to providing core service. Enterprise-tier API integrations ensure no third party retains, utilizes, or processes Google API data for model training or secondary purposes.

5. User Data Privacy and Security

ArchetypeID employs industry-standard security measures including robust encryption protocols in transit and at rest, plus state-of-the-art access controls to safeguard user data privacy and security against unauthorized access, alteration, or compromise.
